The predecessor is Governor of Abeokuta not Ogun state. He should focus on the whole state.

The successor should try to focus on Ijebu/Remo/Ota/Akute/Ijoko/Ota/Mowe/Agbara/Ibafo Major Roads. Those Area I mentioned have a lot of Investment Opportunity Lands where there Road is bad and they are not ready to pay any tax.

The companies and Landlord are fully ready to pay Tax, only if the Road is motorable to them.

CDC and CDA are trying their best to make sure that the road is 20% motorable.

The money they use for repairing of their cars can be used for Tax payment.

If the road is good, petty traders will be fine.
